We will gladly accept the return to exchange for products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase.

ALL Printers and machines ordered MUST be inspected/repaired by a Qualified Technician prior to either exchange, repair, or return as long as the Printer is under Warranty.  All Printers that are not under Warranty are subject to a case by case review and are left to the Discretion of AOS INTL LLC Management team.  Printers that are not able to be repaired will fall under the insurance claims through their respective shipping carrier with AOS INTL LLC

Fulfillment mistakes that our manufacturers make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for the return to exchange for the correct products within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Damages to packages and products from shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Trucking Companies, will also be accepted for the return for an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Customers MUST take pictures of both inner and outer packaging as well as the damaged product for the shipping insurance claims to be covered.  Customers that do not take these pictures for the insurance claims will be DENIED A RETURN FOR CREDIT OR FREE EXCHANGE.  This is due to the fact that shipping insurance carriers will not cover claims where photographic evidence is not properly present.  

ALL Customers who make mistakes on their orders, such as buying the wrong products or ordering typo errors, are allowed to replace their incorrect products for the correct ones but are subject to a 50% Restocking fee on the product order total.  Additionally the shipping charges are Non-refundable for the order where customer mistakes were made.  Last the customer is subject to the shipping charges for the correct product replacement order.

Orders placed where there are none of the above problems are not subject to authorized returns.  These would include what the industry calls, “buyers remorse”, where the customer just wants to return the order just because they feel like it or where the customer changes their mind.  This policy is due to a long history of the ethics of the Industry.  Thank you for your understanding in this regard.

SINCE MANUFACTURERS WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT ON ANY SPECIAL ORDERS OR CUSTOM ORDERS NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED EXCEPT IN THE CASES OF VERIFIED INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPMENTS FROM MANUFACTURERS, DAMAGED PRODUCTS FROM MANUFACTURERS, AND DAMAGES TO PRODUCTS DUE TO NEGLIGENT SHIPPING COMPANIES!
